So we just got back from the gym and started the day with yoga. I forgotten how good it feels during and after yoga. Afterwards I did my regular treadmill, stairs, and ended it with the sauna. The yoga and the sauna just reminded me of how much I miss doing Bikram yoga. When I was younger I always spent the whole summer in NY every year so my aunt and I would go to the studio and do Bikram yoga and some hot Vinyasa. Doing yoga in a 105 degree room feels amazing, standing outside in the sun walking,…not so much. So I decided to go ahead and look for some studios in Orlando that offer Bikram yoga classes. Again, being very impatient and pumped up and ready to go! Also, I just want to give a lot of credit and dedication to my boyfriend, Cory for going to yoga class this morning with sunburns all over his body. Definitely an awesome yoga partner hahah but I always think of the movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
